Tomasgreen – User content terms

These terms apply when you submit text, photographs or other material to Tomasgreen, for example through Ask Tomasgreen, Posta or Ask the community.
1. Your material
You retain the rights you hold in the material you submit.
By submitting material and accepting these terms, you grant Tomasgreen the right to use it as described below.
2. Tomasgreen’s right to use the material
You grant Tomasgreen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to store, copy, display, publish, distribute and otherwise use the material you submit within Tomasgreen’s services and business activities.
This right includes, among other things, Tomasgreen’s websites, feeds, articles, search engine indexing, social media and marketing of Tomasgreen.
It also includes commercial use of Tomasgreen’s services and content.
3. Editing and adapting the material
Tomasgreen may edit and adapt the material for publication and presentation.
This may include:
- correcting, shortening, structuring or editing text;
- creating headlines, summaries and other editorial material;
- cropping, compressing or adapting photographs;
- combining the material with other information;
- using AI and other automated tools for analysis, editing, structuring and creating content.
Any editing or adaptation must respect rights that cannot legally be waived by agreement.
4. You must have the right to submit the material
By submitting material, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and to grant Tomasgreen the rights set out in these terms.
You must not knowingly submit material that infringes another person’s copyright or other rights.
If other people can be clearly identified in the material, you are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to submit it for the uses described here.
5. Publication
Tomasgreen decides whether submitted material is published, how it is presented and where it appears.
Tomasgreen is not obliged to publish submitted material and may remove or restrict material that breaches the law, these terms or Tomasgreen’s rules.
6. Payment
No separate payment is made for the rights granted under these terms unless Tomasgreen and the user expressly agree otherwise.
7. Removal
You may contact Tomasgreen to request the removal of material.
Such requests are assessed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the individual case.
Material that has already been distributed, indexed by search engines or published through external services cannot always be removed immediately from all external copies or systems.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed separately by Tomasgreen’s privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
These terms do not replace a person’s rights under data protection law.
9. Changes to these terms
The version of the terms you accept when submitting material applies to that submission.
If the terms change, a new version will be published. Earlier versions must remain identifiable.
10. Applicable law
These terms are to be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
These terms do not affect mandatory consumer protection rules or other rights that apply to the user by law.
