Not sea buckthorn despite the orange berries: what is growing near the ground in Järkvissle?

The bright berries are on slender stems among fading leaves, rather than on a shrub. That detail determines what they are and why you should not taste them.

You have found lily of the valley, not sea buckthorn. Sea buckthorn grows on a woody, thorny shrub with narrow grey-green leaves, whereas these berries are spaced along thin, herbaceous stems close to the ground, which fits lily of the valley in autumn.

The surrounding broad, withering leaves and small cluster of bright red to orange berries fit too. In September, it is normal for lily of the valley to look this faded and retain berries after flowering.
